Kenneth Novotny:  
Head Chef Ken Novotny has had a distinguished career. His culinary schooling was done at the American Culinary Federation. His 23 year career has included being Sous Chef at distinguished restaurants and hotels, such as The Shawnee Country Club and The Lighthouse Restaurant. He has been an executive chef at establishments such as Tiano’s, The Beechwood Inn and the University Hilton Hotel. He has received such honors as being one of the top 2,000 chefs in North America, and 3rd place in the 13th Culinary Arts Salon Food show. He enjoys being the executive chef of Amici and Willy’s Steakhouse and looks forward to you enjoying our culinary creations.
